Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any coaching program, course, or service offered by Limitless Confidence Company, LLC™, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Limitless Confidence Company, LLC™. “Coach” refers to Deanna Herrin. “Client” or “You” refers to the individual participating in the coaching. “Program” refers to the coaching experience you enroll in. “Content” includes all digital materials, including graphics, videos, downloads, and resources provided. “Marks” refer to logos, brand visuals, and proprietary identifiers of the Company.

2. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership. It is not therapy or counseling. This program is not designed for individuals dealing with active addiction or unmanaged mental health conditions. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts, you are encouraged to seek care from a licensed medical or psychological professional.

3. Client Expectations
You agree to be coachable, open to feedback, and fully present during coaching. You agree to avoid distractions during sessions, refrain from using drugs or alcohol within 24 hours of a session, and complete any preparation or homework assigned between sessions.

4. Spiritual Nature of the Work
This program may include trauma-informed techniques that help identify and reprogram limiting beliefs. It may also use spiritual tools to help you reconnect with your truth and purpose. You understand that meaningful personal growth may involve emotional depth and commitment.

5. Payment Terms
The total investment, payment structure, and access terms for your selected program will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed via Stripe. If a payment plan is selected, charges will automatically renew monthly until all scheduled payments have been completed.
Lifetime access to program materials or coaching (if applicable) will only be granted after all payments are successfully completed. If you choose to cancel your payment plan before completion, you will lose access to program materials, coaching calls, and community features unless stated otherwise in your offer.

6. Missed Payments
If a payment is missed, you will receive an email notification and a 3-day grace period to complete your payment. Access to coaching and program materials will be paused during this time. If payment is not received within 3 days, your enrollment will be canceled and any remaining sessions will be forfeited. Payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled session.

7. Refund Policy
This program offers no refunds. If you discontinue participation before completing the program or payment plan, you will not be refunded for current or past payments. Early cancellation forfeits any lifetime access privileges unless otherwise stated.

8. Community Guidelines
Access to any Facebook or other online communities is offered as a supportive space for growth. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant or content that is considered harmful, offensive, or out of alignment with the group’s values.

9. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is considered confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and brand elements provided in this program are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or otherwise reproduce these materials. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use during your time in the Program.

11. Use Restrictions
You agree not to reuse any program content for commercial purposes. You may not share program materials with anyone outside the Program, use Company marks without permission, or create derivative works based on any part of the Program.

12. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your experience, decisions, and results before, during, and after participating in this Program. This Program is a tool intended to support your growth and is not a guarantee of specific outcomes.

13. Disclaimer & Release of Claims
All content and services are provided “as is,” without guarantees or warranties of any kind. By participating in the Program, you release the Company and Coach from any liability or claims relating to your results or experience.

By completing your purchase or enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
